Jonathan Fairfield
The vaccination centre at Bangkok’s Bangsue Grand Station is now offering a walk-in 2nd dose inoculation service, with the AstraZeneca vaccine, every day from 1pm to 5pm to people who received their first dose in other provinces. Those who want to receive their second AstraZeneca jab must have received a first dose of either Sinovac or Sinopharm vaccine at least 21 days ago, or 56 days if their first dose was AstraZeneca. To be eligible, they must show proof of receiving their first vaccine jab, which can be checked via the “Mor Prom” app. Full story: https://www.thaipbsworld.com/walk-in-vaccinations-at-bangsue-grand-station-for-people-from-other-provinces/ -- © Copyright Thai PBS 2021-11-07 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow ASEAN NOW on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates

dinsdale
The Govenor of the province I work in set up walkins about a month ago. Why can't every province do this? Answer is not sanctioned by Prayut's goverment hence no support. Rediculous. should be happening all over Thailand. Why herd people from other provinces to one spot. Just utter stupidity.

As Bangkok is boasting it's high level of double vaccinations would it not be easier for the public to move the vaccines to other provinces rather than move people around the country?
toolpush
Does anyone know where a person under 30 can walk in to get a first jab of any of the vaccines? My friend is expat and willing to pay, but cannot find a place.
