Cambodia is on the verge of being a 'Zero COVID' country, as the number of instances drops to a bare minimum.

In a historic stretch of 41 days of 'new normal' low case counts, Cambodia has achieved its lowest daily COVID cases statistic as it edges closer to reopening.


The official daily new COVID case count for today was 65, increasing the overall number of COVID cases to 119,292.

 

With 19,706 instances being imported, the total number of Community Cases is currently 99,586.

 

Today, 7 imported cases were disclosed, maintaining the pattern of importing few instances.

 

Cambodia also revealed 5 further deaths, bringing the total number of COVID-19-related deaths in Cambodia to 2845.

 

As active cases decreased, 68 recoveries were announced, bringing the total number of active COVID cases in Cambodia to just 781.
