Anyone else having problems with receiving SMS messages from Cyprus (e.g. from the bank) recently?

I had this problem and after going to bank they said I need to pay a 5 years charge for SMS !

    My problem is that the bank sends it but it is not being received on my phone (it is blocked by the Thai operator)
