Yewbzee
Hi folks I'm about to go through the annual renewal process for my retirement visa at Jomtien Immigration, has anything changed in the process from 12 months ago? I've seen some stories on insurance requirements but I'm not sure if thats now a requirement or just something they were suggesting at random. Any help appreciated. Cheers. BogMan
I understand there's different requirements for Non-O and Non-OA. Need to specify which one.

Non O-A requires nonsense 40/400 insurance from Thai company. Non O requires no insurance.

Yes. You may find office busy prior to Nov 26 when some folk will be obtaining covid extensions. Go now good plan. BTW your new 12 extension is dated from Dec 8. You don't lose days going early Edited November 12, 2021 by DrJack54

Everything same as before did my 3rd extension at Rayong this morning in 15 minutes, also no need to go back with Bank book in 90 days, which I did last time for the first time, asked immigration officer she said no need to come back but don't take money out for 3 months, I am a happy bunny ????
