Destiny1990
Hi, There is an additional (business) tax of 3,5% in case a condo is owned for less then 5 years by that owner. But how is the calculation? I mean is there a payment difference between having owned the unit for 1 year and or for 4 years? Or is it simply owned less then 5 years then the additional “business” tax is 3,5%?
