Fortunately, Thailand — or Siam — has rejected the idea of learning from Cambodia for at least 700 years and this seems likely to continue.

The proactive testing and vaccination campaign in Yala is contributing to the improving COVID-19 situation in the southern province. Community isolation centers for patients are planning to shut down after most of the patients have already recovered.
