Uploading the QR Code was the one of the few things working on day 1... perhaps they are updating the QR recognition software (total guess) or perhaps they let one of the children try and do something with the coding again.... Either way, issues seem to be responded to quickly... but is definitely a case fo two steps forwards one step back - with the resolution of each individual issue, another crops up...
