swoods58
Hi. Does anyone know how to change my True physical sim to an esim. I'm in Australia. I currently have a dual Sim phone with my Thai True sim and Australian sim but looking to buy a new phone with single physical sim and esim support. My Australian provider doesn't do esim. Thanks. sometimewoodworker
It’s very easy but you have to be in Thailand to get the Thai number e-sim programmed into the phone. It takes about 10 minutes in the provider store. At least that’s the process with AIS so TRUE is almost certainly the same.
swoods58
My understanding is you add the esim to the phone with a QR code. Couldn't they send me the QR code?

No online acquisition for regular Thai SIM cards.
