Since last month it is now necessary to download a statement instead of being able to view  transactions.

Now since yesterday, all the detail regarding transactions is no longer being shown.

Have contacted K bank to no avail as yet  Any ideas?

Not true if you use the app...my transactions still show...how are you attempting to view them ?

Mine works OK.  Activity shown for current and three previous months.

    I am looking on my PC. Deposits and credits showing, but not details (ie who from, to whom paid)

    I just requested a statement, which has  quickly arrived, and all detail is showing. Strange that it does not show up on my PC as previously

    No respnse to my email to K bank, but today the detail of transactions re-appeared on my online statement on my PC ????
