Si Racha law enforcement declined to file any charges in the one-vehicle accident and Mr. Chonnan remained at a local hospital recovering as of press time.

This is just one of the reasons young Thai's never learn from breaking any restrictions

He'll be back on the road in no-time and doing the same again.

They are beyond help. A son of the family opposite my house was killed when he got drunk, raced off on his bike to meet his girlfriend and rode into a roadside pole (as Thais so often do), ripping half his face off. The next day I saw his brother roaring off down the road, driving on the wrong side, no helmet. You just can't help these people.

Some of them refuse to learn.

The problem is both education and discipline. Many of them lack both.
