Check the link below to SQ covid-19 info page. A key point being to transit through Changi Airport requires a covid test taken within 2 days, not 72 hours. (unless you have been in a "Category 1" country for 14 days.)

Take a pre-departure Covid-19 test

Travellers, including Singapore citizens and permanent residents, transiting through Singapore will be required to take a pre-departure Covid-19 test within two days of the scheduled departure date of their flight.

The test must be taken at a recognised or accredited clinic, laboratory or medical facility. Please note that self-administered pre-departure Covid-19 tests will not be accepted for transit through Singapore. For a smoother check-in process, you should check if the clinic is able to provide a test certificate with a corresponding QR code. This QR code should link to your digital pre-departure test certificate.

This requirement does not apply to travellers aged 2 years and below (i.e. born in or after 2019), as well as travellers who have been in Category I countries/regions in the last 14 days. Please note that while these passengers are exempted from the pre-departure test requirement to transit through Singapore, they may still be required to produce a valid negative Covid-19 PCR test certificate if it is required for entry into their planned destination.
