The Phnom Penh Capital Administration has stated that karaoke and discotheque establishments will resume as of today.

This overturns the decision made yesterday night to shutter 'high-risk' enterprises for seven days.

The Phnom Penh Capital Administration has certified that the owner of the site or the owner of the karaoke bar and discotheque company must assign employees to examine the vaccination card in front of the entry and exit in compliance with the Phnom Penh Capital Administration's instructions.

They must constantly follow Prime Minister Hun Sen's "3 do's and 3 don'ts" procedures, which include precisely measuring temperature, cleaning, and spraying disinfectants, in accordance with the Ministry of Tourism's SOP, guidance from relevant ministries and institutions, and health safety measures.
