They registered a total capital of VND149.9 trillion, up 38 percent. Registered employee numbers hit 76,600, up 30 percent. In the first 11 months, 105,600 new businesses were registered, down 15 percent year-on-year. A total 52,100 business suspended operations in the period, up 17.3 percent year-on-year.
