Have a look at "Pattaya condos for sale and rent" facebook group. 100s of current listings, and you can post what you are looking for. Often Condos are exactly that, Condos. No linen/towels, no pots pans plates cutlery, nobody cleans it, you pay all the bills, sign a lease etc. Most people, who think they want a condo, actually want an AirBnb/ serviced apartment.
