SMS in English DTAC

Featured Replies

Hi all, I recently have AIS and DTAC for my phones. According to google, I successfully changed AIS text message in English. However, I couldn’t find any info about DTAC. how do I change the sms in English? Obviously I can’t read Thai. Thank you

Or go a Dtac shop and ask them to do it.

When you say SMS, what do you mean, exactly?

Are you receiving unsolicited SMSes now? From DTAC? In Thai?

Or are you sending USSD inquiries to DTAC? For inquiries simply append the code with *9#, and the result will return in English. So *121*9# Send returns balance and expiry in English.

Or you can use the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.co.crie.tron2.android

Go into Profile, top left icon, Select Receipt Option SMS, toggle SMS language to English

Or go to

https://www.dtac.co.th/en/mydtac/login.html

log in with OTP via SMS

Go into mydtac, upper left, Setting, Receipt Option, Click on SMS, Toggle SMS language to English.

Seems like you should be able to do this via IVR or USSD but I couldn't find it.

I have a large balance on my DTAC  phone but it expires in 15 days. How do I extend the time?

Top up, or use app or use web or USSD codes:
