Phuket: Police start 100% helmet wearing campaign for riders and pillion passengers

We had a 100% helmet day at the school near us a couple of years ago. The kids had to make banners , Two cops on motor bikes ( with helmets on ) rode with all the motor bike riding kidsthrough the village , and a big show was made out of it.

When the kids left school at 4'oclock , not one of them was wearing a helmet.

You can go anywhere you want, but the results will be the same wherever so might as well pick a place fairly closeby that has beer.  ????
