Thai o visa 60 day not posted anymore

Previously a tourist visa (thats what they gave me even though i applied for a 60 day visa to visit thai wife)

had written on it use within 3 months of issue.

Now you dont  get a physical visa sticker in your passport just a letter e mailed to you ?Is this correct?

I had to change my flight due to missing test and go 1 day pass.

 
Is the visa still valid even though

i changed my flight date 1 month later to 15 February .

my visa application still shows it is still processing not completed.

 

what should i do(searched online already cant find an answer)☹️

A visa is not tied to your arrival date.

Your visa is valid for 3 months to use for entry from the day it issued.
