one small problem just noticed DOB is incorrect Paper certificate ok app no

 will try to go to hospital an d inform them next week

they input vaccine's so should be able to change other details

Go back to site where you got the vaccination and find someone who can do it, it took a couple of visits for us to have all the errors removed!!
