Picture: 77kaoded 77khaoded reporters went to Ratchaburi to investigate after a coconut plantation owner called Sanong Nimnuan, 58, reckoned he had found a mysterious "ton kluay" or banana tree on his property. The "kluay nam wa" tree that was leaning into a water canal had been tied up to stop it falling. Bananas were growing out of the trunk, something that Sanong said he'd never seen before. Picture: 77kaoded There was also a banana blossom that looked like it was in the shape of a snake. Superstitious locals had tied auspicious cloth to the tree, put out "nam daeng" (holy Fanta....) and were busy praying. They were convinced that the 9 combs and 85 bananas were the key numbers in today's lottery draw.
