rs243
I'm looking to do my first extension for my Non-Immigrant (Thai spouse) visa and wanted to double check if I need to get a renewal for the Marriage registration Kor 2. Also, my wife has lost her copy of the Marriage Certificate. Do we need to get a new one or is mine enough? Thank you!
ubonjoe
You will need a recent printout of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry that can be requested at any Amphoe for a small fee (20 baht). Your wife can request it and it will only require her ID card. You only need one original marriage certificate. Be sure you keep a good 2 sided copy of it so that if it is lost you can get a certified copy of it at a Amphoe if lost.

MJCM
One more thing. Please ask your immigration office how old the new Kr2 can be. Some immigration offices want it to be issued on the same day as your visit to immigration.

I think I would add rouge office to your post. I am only aware of one or 2 that want it done on the same day.

Yep, but as the OP didn't fill in his location, better to warn him before a wasted trip to Immigration and get send away.
