webfact Posted January 27, 2022 Share Posted January 27, 2022 BANGKOK, Jan 27 (TNA) – The Civil Court on Jan 27 opened its new division to hear particularly online shopping disputes and such lawsuits can be filed online around the clock. Sorawit Limparangsri, spokesman of the Court of Justice, said the new division for online shopping cases was inaugurated on Jan 27 and people affected by online shopping could right away conveniently file their complaints with the division through its e-Filing system free of charge. The spokesman also said that apart from the new division, the Court of Justice would sign a memorandum of cooperation with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board, the Electronic Transactions Development Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, the Royal Thai Police Office and the Thailand.
