I am a 43 years old from the USA.I am retired disabled 100% army service connected. I get about 120,000 baht from the american goverment every month. I lived in Pattaya for 6 years but now I am in the USA for overstaying my visa.I want to know how and what and where I need to get to get and where i need to get it to come live the rest my life in Thailand? I know can stay 30 days with just passport.and stay longer with tourist visa but I want to stay there until I die.

You overstayed your visa in Thailand? I assume you paid your fine and provided your own transportation home?

If you did you should not be on any black list but am not sure of your disability status if you depart the US for extended periods (but you should know or check on that). You may have to have exams and such to keep that provision.

You have no basis to stay in Thailand at age 43. You might be able to obtain a non immigrant O visa from a small Consulate that would allow up to 90 day stays for a one year period but until you reach age 50 you can not apply for retirement here.

OK thank you. I am on no black list.Yes I took care of payment to immigration. I have no problem with the army payments here I was staying in Pattaya lived there 2001 to 2006 but went visa runs to Cambodia every 30 days for a while and my checks were sent to Bankok bank. but now have closed account there and they come to bank in USA.Was just wondering if could get retirement visa before age 50 with enough money every month have been getting it for 20 years.Thank You
