Hemp and Cannibis: Thailand losing market share as other countries promote the industry

This is a good example of what could be done here.  The ministry of Agriculture should be working with average Thais to facilitate the cultivation of hemp and cannabis for export.  But instead - they drag their feet because they are more interested in keeping Thais from smoking a spiff then they are in cultivating a market for a product that is in international demand.  So in the process, the longer the government waits the more market share they lose.

This is how it's being done in Idaho, US.  It would be a good template for the Thai government to follow.
Happiness and prosperity to the people.

Follow it and you will see a building with no activity. It's just photo OP, money spent, budget is used up and the project forgotten. Hardly any follow up or project evaluation. Exception might be some royal initiated projects because people might have some pride to make it nice for the king.

We watch the Thai news most nights ,then the Royal News, often see, mainly the popular Royal Princess visiting a farming project,  most look like they have been recently set up, or have had some work done on them for her visit ,like lots of fresh ,green cut bamboo polls about the place .

Fast-forward  one year ,will it still be going or abandoned ?,lack of interest, money even though a lot of these projects  money comes from the Royals .

I have said this to my wife ,she says they will still be going, being a Royal project .
