Pmbkk
For anybody preparing for this - this is fyi: My wife submitted her ILR application docs & got an appointment for her biometrics and fingerprinting for just under 2 weeks later. There were a number of appointments available raging from free to £125 - we used Croydon and got a free one, if we'd have paid more we could have got an earlier one. The application was based on ISA savings, so no bank statements, employment details etc. We went to Croydon on Thursday at 11 a.m. had the fingerprinting and biometrics done in 15 mins – plus 10 minute queuing. We got the successful result on the same day before 5 p.m. Costs: ILR application: £2389 BRP: £19.20 Super priority service: £800 Total: £3208.20 If anybody has any questions please don’t hesitate to PM me. Below is our document checklist – this is all not necessary but my wife is very meticulous. Proof of Application x 8 Files APPLICANT 1. CURRENT PASSPORT 2. 2014 2019 PASSPORT 3. 2011 2016 PASSPORT 4. Pmbkk
The missus has just booked a flight back to Thailand via T&G. Once she's back I'll start a new thread re British Citizenship if it's helpful to anyone. A few posts on here have been helpful to us so I think we should reciprocate.
