Please can anyone recommend a land suveyor.

 

I would like to know the ins and outs of measuring Nor Sor 3 Gor land... i.e. should it be measured on the horizontal plane or the sloping plane.

 

Tension with the sellor of the land plots, the new neighbours and myself is becoming increasingly stressed. hence I need accurate independant information on how to measure this type of land.

 

Recommendations are welcome Thank you.

 

Location of the surveyor is not an issue.... We can work via phone / email to pass information back and forward, but needs to be a reputable surveyor who has a good understanding of the law when measuring Nor Sor 3 Gor boundaries. 

 

So far we have had 3 land surveys carried out, the first 2 measured by the horizontal plane and the most recent measured by the sloping plane.

 

I currently feel I am being pressured into taking a compromise by the sellor, however my preference is to first establish what is the correct method to measure the land before coming to any decision.  Thank you.

You said before that the land office had done a survey and positioned the posts as you expected.  Are you just looking for backup to this, as they would seem to be the best source?

 

Who did the other two?
