ding
I finally booked the flight to move to Thailand. My wife's cancer diagnosis really derailed everything. For non-immigrant O visa (married to a Thai): I booked a one way flight. The eVisa application site took my flight number and I just had to enter a departure date. There is no planned departure date - we want to live there. So I just entered a date that's 88 days after arrival. Will that get accepted? Or, do I need to buy a return flight that I wont use, just to get the visa approved? I have 24 hours to get a refund on the airfare.
ubonjoe
If you have a valid visa to enter the country a return or onward flight is not required.

Thanks ubonjoe and Dr Jack54. I'm applying right now online, no visa yet but I'll proceed with my one way ticketing. Grateful for the help, as always!
