toofarnorth
In the vid. I can't see anyone getting out of the car but it does look like the motorcyclist was hoping to turn right.

It's two, short clips from two different CCTV cameras of the motorcycle being hit by the car. If they say that a longer version shows two guys getting out, standing around for three minutes before leaving the scene, we have to take their word for it, no? Anyway, looks like the two men maybe decided to hide the car in the klong. Epic fail.

As I said yesterday, the car was in an accident and looking at the damage areas it was a collision with a person who hit the front then the windscreen. Rather than take the risk of getting the car found they dumped it in the Klong to hide it. Next when the owners are found they'll say it was stolen, but failed to report it yet.
