February 22, 20224 yr Had a Samsung S20, lots of problems with fingerprint sensor after putting a glass screen cover on. I'm told this was a particular probelm with Samsung. How is it usually to put a glass screen over a phone with fingerprint sensor in the screen, does this cause problems? I can get a Xiaomi with a side sensor, but prefer Oneplus with a screen sensor but always use a glass screen cover. Some say, even with the correct cover there are always problems, is this true, or can I go ahead with this? Thank you
February 22, 20224 yr You need to buy a expensive cover, many folks are having the same problem as you; https://www.lazada.co.th/catalog/?q=galaxy+s20+dome+&_keyori=ss&from=input&spm=a2o4m.searchlist.search.go.300d6f365EbtSN

February 23, 20224 yr Change the screen touch sensitivity so the screen responds better with the screen protector installed.
February 23, 20224 yr Author Tried changing sensitivity on the Samsung, but still had problems. The video looks very interesting, I change my glass screen cover on my present phone about once a month, so that's a lot of work, but may be worth it. Do other people use this method, or just stick on a normal glass screen cover? Do they have problems with this? Thanks Edited February 23, 20224 yr by toast1
February 23, 20224 yr Author What I mean is Do peopel have to use the special glue and go through the whole process when using a glass screen, or is just placing one on in the old fashioned way still possible with the fingerprint sensor?
