Intoxicated man on motorbike snatches a bag in South Pattaya, caught later by police passed out drunk

Pattaya – An intoxicated bag snatcher has been arrested in Pattaya and was found passed out drunk by law enforcement following the crime.

 

The Pattaya City Police yesterday morning (March 2nd) reported they have arrested the suspect, a Thai male national, whose name and age were not released.

 

The Pattaya City Police said the suspect was driving a motorbike around (intoxicated) before snatching a bag from a Thai domestic tourist in front of Underwater World Pattaya.

Being drunk or high on drugs, seems to be one of the reasons that some people are being killed in 

countries around the world, then in Thailand there is the face saving aspect as well. 

 First we get over 2 years of CXOVID pandemic, now we have Putin, gone crazy. What is next?
