correct Posted June 13, 2007 Share Posted June 13, 2007 Two Thieves from Suphanburi Arrested While Pattaya Police and volunteers were patrolling Pattaya Beach Road in the afternoon of 12th June they received a report through the radio that residents had helped a tourist couple capture 2 thieves that snatched their bag at the entrance to Soi 6. When the officers arrived they found residents detaining two Thai men; Pramuan aged 22 and Jakkaphan aged 20 – both from Suphanburi province. The victims, Mr & Mrs. Herbertson from Austria were there pointing the culprits out to the police. It was found that while the couple was walking in Soi 6; the suspects snatched the lady’s bag and made a run towards to the beach. When the local motorbike rental vendors saw the tourists chasing the men and screaming for help; they assisted by capturing the men and called the police.
