I have a land plot in Huay Yai area (~300 sq. Wah) I would like to sell. It is currently overgrown with tall grass, bushes and couple small trees, so I'm looking for a contractor to cut down all the greenery and dispose it.
If you had any experience clearing the land or can recommend the reliable contractors I would really appreciate if you can provide the contact details.
I already contacted three contractors: first one told me that the special machinery is required to do the job and never contacted me back; second one quoted 35,000 Baht for the job; third one quoted 20,000 Baht for the job.
The last time I cleared the land plot was about 2-3 years ago, and I paid less than 10k. Unfortunately I can't find the contractor contacts.
