Mrs had to go to Singapore for work, and since she is super busy, weight fell on me to figure out all the rules as her company just expects employees to handle it. 

 

She will need to travel to more places, and I really dont want to be a full time PA.

 

Are there any outsourced services that you can pay who handle this ( list the rules and then help you prepare ? )

That link is for those returning to Thailand, I’m pretty sure that the OP is seeking advice regarding a company who can advise on the current requirements for other countries when flying from Thailand.

 

Maybe the IATA website might be a good place to look.
