According to the Philippines visa Policy, there are two main types of permits for the Philippines: non-immigrant visas and immigrant visas.

 

In order to enter the Philippines for short-term stays, travelers from eligible countries are required to obtain a non-immigrant visa.

 

Non-visa required tourists admitted initially for thirty (30) days and is requesting for an initial extension of twenty-nine (29) days.

 

Remember the fine for Overstaying is an additional Php 500.00 per month.

 

Effective 10 February 2022, foreign nationals traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes may enter the country visa-free and stay in the Philippines for not more than 30 days, provided that they:

 

Are a citizen or national of a non-visa required country under Executive Order 408 s. 1960 (E.O.

 

Unvaccinated travelers are not allowed to enter the Philippines.

 

Travelers who are unable to present acceptable proof of vaccination will be subject to quarantine in a government facility until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day, followed by home quarantine until the 14th day.
