Amazing how many TV folks want to be spoon fed information as they are too lazy to look things up themselves. Hint - their ticket office is on Silom Road, do your research to find the actual location. If going to BKK, call the number on their website to find their hours of operation at BKK. Duh... I went to the office to try and book a flight before, when I went in and asked about it the person just pointed to the phone on the wall, I said I wanted to book a flight, but the person again just pointed to the phone and walked away.
