Why would you not google? a 1 second search comes up with a lot but here is one being 10 best on trip adviser with ratings and even pretty pics ????

A lot of them have changed or closed due to pandemic

Chivet Thamma Da for quality food in quality surroundings.

 

Coffeenergy Chiang Rai is nice at a lower price.

I walked around central CM (by the bus station) looking for a breakfast a few months ago  and couldn't find anything open, nothing at all  , so had to make do with a 7/11 sandwich 

I go 7/11 pork buns and coconut drink. What more do u want?

From a different source. O'Kanes Irish Pub and Siam Sports bar were suggested. 

 

Many places In Chiang Rai, 2 good ones were previously mentioned, Chivit Thamma Da and Coffeenergy. One of my current favorites is Heaven Burger on Jedyod.

 

Le Meridien's La Favola has a great breakfast, more upscale than the other places. Price very reasonable for what you get. It's an all you can eat, fixed price, off an a la Carte menu.
