Interpreting Covid-19 antibody test results

I did a Covid-19 antibody test. Does anybody know what the following results mean? I was vaccinated with 2xAZ and 1xPfizer when taking the test (3 months after the Pfizer jab).

Unfortunately I had to leave the hospital before talking to a doctor so only received the result via email. Can I see from the result whether I ever had Covid before? Does it show that I am still vaccinated? Or even both?

Thanks. And too bad. Would have been nice to know if I ever had it. A friend of mine thinks that a value above 3,000 could suggest it’s from a recent infection but that guy isn’t a doctor or professional so im cautious to believe such statements.

Not correct.

There is no difference in the result between having and the infection and having immunity due to vaccination.

Doesn't matter. What matters is you have a good level of protection.

WITH THIS TEST (spike protein) it is not possible to distinguish between antibodies acquired through infection vs immunization.

With other tests (N protein) it is possible.

Exactly.
