These flags are not wind-socks they're warnings to stay out of the bl@@dy ocean. Idiots all of them.

Tropicalevo
And if you go to the beaches on the north and possibly the west coast? Seas as flat as a pancake. Every day I see the beaches at Choengmon, Tongsai Bay, Samrong Bay, Plai Laem beach, Bangrak, Fisherman's village and Maenam. The last couple of days, no rough seas. Six months of the year - rougher weather from the east. The other six months, rougher weather from the west. It is not rocket science folks - it is living in the tropics. Mind you - no sharks. Unlike some of the world's famous beaches. RIP khun Jakkraphan.

grandpa
one Russian woman rescued - red flags flying Is it me or is there a certain irony in the headline? To quote the words of the socialist anthem "Then raise the scarlet standard highBeneath its folds we'll live and dieThough cowards flinch and traitors sneerWe'll keep the red flag flying here…
