Fire services took 45 minutes to bring the blaze under control such was the flammability of much dry wood, reported Siam Rath. The bedridden woman lottery ticket seller did not manage to get out. Police said the fire, that caused many millions of baht in damage and widespread fear in the crowded area, is under investigation.
