Best Bank for a Loan

Featured Replies

I want to borrow some money, as a Thai citizen.

What is the best bank, ie the lowest interest and ease of getting a loan.

I've already been to one which said they are unsure if I can get one as my company is located abroad, They are calling me back. This is Kasikorn, who said they could give me a loan until I was 70.

A loan for what?

I have a house and land that I'd rather rent than sell. I want to buy another house. I have other prime assets which I'd rather not sell; getting much higher interest per year than the bank would charge.

For example, I own some crypto, getting double and triple digit Apr, while some banks lend for under 3% apr.

Baht is decreasing in value, my assets are increasing, so its really a no brainer to borrow baht.

So in short, I want to borrow to invest in a house and high yield assets.
