What is a "gov. dentist" and where is one, accessible to foreigners, to be found? How are they distinguished from normal private dentists? Edited April 13, 20224 yr by Liverpool Lou

A gov. dentist works for the government hospital. To find him/her, go to your local government hospital and find the dental department. If your'e not already registered, you will need to do that first. There may also be a local dentist training centre near you which will have a patient treatment facility. The dentists who work in the government hospitals frequently also have a private practice which operates out of hospital hours.
