Hello everyone, 

 

I recently purchased a property via a BVI acquisition. Ie, I took over the company that holds the property and become the new owner.

How do I file TM30? Apparently I don't have a yellow book under my name as it is held by the BVI. How do I prove I am the new owner?

 

This should be a common scenario, your answer is highly appreciated.

A letter from the company stating you are staying in the house they own would be needed or something similar.
