MISOTA, a company that aims to internationalize Cambodian fruits

The MISOTA company is specialized in the processing and distribution of tropical dried fruits and food products for local and export markets.

It was founded by a Cambodian couple in 2017. The company has provided job opportunities to the local communities in the Battambang province.

The company’s work and achievements have lured in donors who want to support the company to be able to export Cambodian products to international markets and expand the business in the future.

Mr. TAN Michel, who is the founder of MISOTA, said that he aspires to promote the Khmer products, adding that there are not many companies that specialize in the field of processing in the country.

HE said that the company’s end goal is to make the world familiar with Cambodian fruits.

HE seemed optimistic about the progress and success of his company in the international market, saying that his MISOTA has secured international accreditations, including ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.
