... looks like an 'universal' fertilizer with N+P+K = Nitrogen + Phosphorus + potassium (Kalium) in same quantities, thus good for green as well as blooming plants.

 

Yes, also ok for the wacky-backy if you don't want to dig deeper into that extensive topic ...

 

The bottled one might contain higher potassium quantities relatively speaking as it shows various fruits together with blossoms ... any numbers regarding composition on the back side maybe?

 

Out of experience and as a general rule you should try if the plants are/stay happy with just 1/2 the recommended amount, especially for potted ones in new soil ...
