First of all:

1. Chest pain can be very serious and you should go straight to a hospital emergency room if the pain is on the left side of the chest, feels like pressure or is severe (could be heart attack or angina)

2. Chest xray will not necessarily be needed. EKG and certain blood tests may well be.

As you seem primarily concerned with cost I suggest you go directly to the ER of Chionburi hospital, the main government hospital in Chonburi town and one with cardiology capacity.

Reverting to the original question, which as explained is probably not really germane to the problem,  Chest Xrays for a single view range in cost from a couple hundred baht in a government hospital to 1,000 or so in a private one. Sometimes more than 1 view is needed (for example both PA and lateral) in which case cost doubles.

EKG also a few hundred baht to maybe 1-2,000 depending on hospital.

Blood tests, depends on what is ordered and which hospital, anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand baht. If heart attack or angina is suspected they will need to do a treponin test and that generally costs around 1-3,000 baht but is unavoidable.

These are just the test fews, doctor consultation will also be involved. At a private hospityal, depends o nthe doctor buyt roughly 1,000 - 2,000 baht inclusive of hospital add-on charge. 50 baht at a government hospital (excluding Pattaya City Hospital which is really priced like private and has two tier policy of pricing) through normal channels, usually 250 if yo uuse the semi-priovate "after hours" clinics.

Again, as you are having chest pain and are concerned about ability to pay for care, I urge you to go to Chonburi hospital in Chonburi town, through the ER, straight away. They will evaluate the possibility that the pain is cardiac in source. If it is not ,they will refer you to appropriate doctor for outpatient follow up.
