BANGKOK, May 6 (TNA) – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha is satisfied with the number of new daily COVID-19 cases which have been below 10,000 for five days, according to the government spokesman.

Spokesman Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana said Gen Prayut thanked and praised people for complying with health measures and thus limiting new daily COVID-19 cases at four digits for five days in a row.

The situation started to be stable and growing home isolation reduced the number of COVID-19 patients at hospitals where staff could increasingly treat patients of other illnesses and perform operations, the spokesman said.

I`m so happy your happy Boss.....

Vast majority of cases are never counted but if there is an acceptably low level of serious cases due to vaccinations and infection immunity, then that would be good.

Of course you are , god forbid that you push testing up to 100% and show the true figures .

I got it 10 days ago. Never reported it to any official agency, just self isolated at my condo - thank god for Netflix, YouTube and Playstation.

The number of cases is meaningless even if it was accurate (which it isn't), as long as the health service can cope (which it can) then may as well open up.

It's over. But that won't stop dictatorial regimes and leftists squeezing every last drop out of it to facilitate increasing authoritarianism and regulations.

My company is pushing for us to have the 4th jab now. No thanks. Maybe next year.

So his prayers [orders] were answered.

I guess we can come out now, as it's been deemed official.

So we have the state of Western Australia with an area 5 x Thailands and population of some 3 million as against 67 million with similar Covid figures! That idiot Anutin has been pissing in his bosses pocket AGAIN!

A quarter of the Thais in our village in the rice paddies have had it over the past 2 weeks.

All unelected authoritarian 'governments' post low covod numbers to make them look good.  Look at China.  If you believe the numbers China posts you are an idiot.  If the only public thing cha cha can do is to police the price of lottery tickets that tells you how corrupt the system and he is.  Anutin is a corrupt @rse.
