How many days in advance apply for 1 year extension of stay Retirement in Jomtien?

Since 14 June 2021 I stay in Thailand based on a "Non Immigrant O" visa  and a 1 year extension based on retirement. Extension of stay is permitted until 11 September 2022. Now I plan a trip to Germany in late summer. I would like to return to Thailand early enough to apply for my next "1 year Extension of stay" in Jomtien immigration. So .. my extension of stay ends at 11 September 2022 ..what is earliest and latest day Jomtien Immigration accept my application for the next extension until September 2023?

You can apply for your extension up to 30 days early. The last day you can do it is the day your current extension expires.
