Looking for a furnished apartment/condo with ADSL close to Karon or in Phuket Town for me and my GF. Can be studio, 1-bedroom, etc. My GF has an internship at Phuket Hilton so it'd be nice with something not too far away. Need car-parking, preferably with security.

Would like to keep monthly expenses below 15000 in total (including ADSL and electricity).

Have a search in the Chalong (Phuket Town side) area, along Chofa Rd east & west. There are some quite modern small apartments, with ADSL, some even with swim pool from 10,000 baht/month. Factor in electric at about 1,500 baht/month with light use of air con. You should have no trouble finding a place costing much less than 15,000 baht/month (incl ADSL & electric).

Try the Shanti Lodge in Chalong. Their new rooms include a kitchenette, swimming pool in lovely natural garden settings, outdoor thatched sala, wifi, restaurant and home comfort facilities. Kim is the owner and she personally manages Shanti.
