Smartwatch (Golf)

Has anyone on here got a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 that can definitely be used for playing golf (distance to green, score etc) 

 

Reason I ask is that I want to buy a smartwatch, first and foremost, but one that can also be used for playing golf.

 

I do not want to buy a dedicated golf GPS watch like Garmin have several of. I want something that will do all the fitness tracking  stuff but can also be used to play golf(I'm aware that some Garmin golf watches offer other non golf features) 

 

My concern is that when I go into the shops and ask about the golf feature (on the Samsung galaxy watch 4) the sales assistants just do not know what they are talking about. 

 

I need to be assured that it can be used for golf. So I thought someone on here might know

 

Lastly, if they are any other smartwatches other than Galaxy 4 that you folks use then I'm happy to hear about them.

I've a Garmin 6x and I can't praise it enough. Plenty of fitness readings. The Golf app on it is superb and very very accurate.
