How do you go about changing the TR visa to Non O

That depends upon what basis you are applying for the non-o visa. For example retirement, marriage or the parent of aThai.

Do you mean this number on the one for being 50 or over for retirement.

"Rental Agreement between the Applicant and the Landlord; A copy of house registration. Location map of the house and a rental receipt Past three months."

They are not all that strict about it. It may depend upon the office where you apply for the visa.

Quick question. I’m applying for the first time for the retirement visa and own a house in a company name. Is it easier to just do a rental agreement or should I bring in the chanote, blue book, copy of shareholder etc?
