Tried the on line tool for TM30.

(I returned to my usual address again)

 

The information inputs but really not sure if it's captured and recorded. 

 

I see it in the table but get the attached  message. 

Can anyone explain ???? 

''Returned to usual residence " TM30 not required 

Returned from where.

If overseas then the TM30 would only be required if you entered on new visa or visa exempt

There have been quite a few posts about this error when using the website via a browser to try to do a TM30. I found the Section38 app from the playstore much more user friendly and easier to use. I would give that a try if you need to file a TM30. I've successfully used it 4 or 5 times.
